1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver all across Pakistan, including major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and other regions covered by our courier partners.

2. Order Processing Time

• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Saturday).
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• You will receive an order confirmation email or SMS once your order is successfully placed.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on location and product availability.
• Remote or rural areas may require additional time.
• Delays may occur due to weather, courier load, or unforeseen issues.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before finalizing your order.
• Occasionally, we may offer free delivery promotions on selected products or order amounts.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment’s status.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery service across Pakistan.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel.
• Refusal or repeated COD rejections may affect future orders.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and contact us immediately at support@dewaardecor.pk.

If a shipment is lost, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve it or offer a replacement/refund.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details. DewaarDecor.pk is not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses or contact information.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping is not available yet.
