1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.
Products damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or installation errors are not eligible for return. Customized or made-to-order décor items are also non-returnable unless defective.
2. How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@dewaardecor.pk within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, photos/videos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will verify your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll confirm your refund or replacement.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed after inspection. Options include:
- Refund to your original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- Store credit for future purchases
- Replacement item, if available
Please allow 5–10 working days for refund completion.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for wrong or defective products, or for another item of equal or higher value (subject to stock availability).

7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, please do not accept it. If accepted, report the issue within 48 hours with proof to support@dewaardecor.pk.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, orders may only be returned according to this policy.
